A message from Henri Giroux, North Bay and District Labour Council:
As you know Bonfield CUPE local 4616 has been on strike since August 1st.
They are on the picket line from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 12:00 pm on Friday.
Saturday at the Landfill 9am to 2pm.
There has been NO movement with this mayor and councilors. They have continued to bring in scab labour with no regard to the local members.
It is time to take action.
Please let me know if you are committed to joining me on Saturday November 16th 2013 at the landfill (185 Bluesea Rd., Bonfield, ON).
